Gold Coast Tweed Camper & Caravan Hire Wins Industry Award of Excellence

Gold Coast Tweed Camper & Caravan Hire was awarded a prestigious Award of Excellence on 28 July 2010 for Best Hire Company at the Caravan and Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA) Awards of Excellence Gala Dinner at The Sheraton on the Park in Sydney.

Barry Baillie, CEO of the CCIA says that the Awards of Excellence recognise caravan and holiday parks, manufactured home villages and estates, caravan and RV manufacturers and dealers as well as industry suppliers across 26 categories for business excellence.

“The Awards of Excellence is the industry’s highlight event which recognises business excellence in the caravan and camping sector and is the highest accolade that a caravan, RV or camping business can achieve.”

Judges were exceedingly impressed with Gold Coast Tweed Camper & Caravan Hire and their ability to ensure their clients have the best experience possible when hiring their camping products.

Gold Coast Tweed Camper and Caravan Hire are the Gold Coasts Touring Specialists that go that extra mile for their clients.

More than 250 industry members from across NSW gathered at Sydney’s Sheraton on the Park for CCIA’s Awards of Excellence, staged with a ‘Rum Rebellion’ flavour to mark the 200th anniversary of the appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Lachlan Macquarie as Governor of New South Wales. Brad Blaze an extremely talented speed painter entertained guests and Andrew Klein was the masters of ceremonies for the evening.

The CCIA Awards of Excellence served as a grand finale to a two day conference (27-28 July) titled “Responding to the Market” at the Sheraton on the Park Grand Ballroom in Sydney.

Sponsors of the Awards of Excellence include: (Platinum) Land and Property Management Authority (Gold) Sydney Turf Club and Trakka (Silver) Discover Down Under, K-Mac Powerheads and Tourism NSW.
